  • During peak seasons or high-volume periods, orders may take longer to process.

Shipping Time:

  • It takes 3-7 business days to deliver an item within the United States. (Mon-Fri)
  • Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or shipping carrier delays.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Order Cut off time:

  • Order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
  • All orders ship the same day if placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)

 Shipping Cost:

  • Currently, we offer free standard shipping. 
  • We only ship to all provinces and territories across the United States.
Tracking information: 
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • In the event that a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and provide a resolution to the issue.   

Undeliverable Packages:

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will reach out to you to verify your shipping address.
  • If the package cannot be delivered, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) less the original shipping charges.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • The prices displayed on our site are tax-free. So, the customer will be taxable while shipping according to the shipping address. 

Order Cancellation:

  • We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours.

Change Of Delivery Address: 

  • We cannot change the delivery address when it is in transit. Please contact us to change the delivery address to your order within 24 hours of placing the order.
