At My Jewels Shops , we strive to provide you with the highest quality jewelry products. However, we understand that there may be occasions when a return is necessary. Please review our returns policy carefully.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Final sale items, including clearance and promotional items, are not eligible for return.

Return process:
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of your purchase to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Exchange:
We replace items that are defective or damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at Contact@tyatrading.us with pictures of the damaged items within 30 days of receipt of the products after you receive the item. We will then send you a replacement, if available. If no replacement is available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. - To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and confirmation of identity.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
